1. Our Commitment to Privacy

Protecting your personal information is one of our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our website, place an order, subscribe to updates, or communicate with our support team. We believe customers should clearly understand what data is collected and why it is needed. By using our website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you place an order, create an inquiry, request support, or contact us, we may collect personal details such as your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, city, postal code, and order preferences. If you subscribe to newsletters or promotions, we may also collect communication preferences. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery model, we do not request or store your credit card, debit card, or banking information through our checkout process.

3. Order and Delivery Details

To successfully process and deliver purchases, we may maintain records relating to products ordered, quantity, delivery notes, transaction history, and customer service requests. This allows us to confirm orders, resolve delivery issues, manage returns where applicable, and improve future service quality.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to process orders, arrange deliveries, send order confirmations, provide customer support, respond to questions, improve our website, and share relevant updates when permitted. Your information may also help us prevent fraud, investigate suspicious activity, and maintain accurate business records.

5. Cash on Delivery Privacy

Because we offer Cash on Delivery transactions, payment is completed directly at delivery. This means customers can shop without submitting card details through our platform. We may record payment status such as paid, unpaid, refused, or returned orders for accounting and operational purposes only.

6. Consent

When you provide personal information to place an order, schedule delivery, submit an inquiry, or request assistance, we understand that you consent to the collection and use of that information for those specific purposes. If we request information for secondary purposes such as promotions, we will provide an appropriate option where required.

7. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to improve browsing experience, remember cart activity, analyze traffic, and understand customer interests. These tools help us optimize website speed, product displays, and navigation. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some website functions may be limited.

8. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information to advertisers or unrelated third parties. Limited information may be shared with trusted delivery partners, technical service providers, or legal authorities when necessary to complete orders, maintain operations, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.

9. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including secure hosting practices, access controls, administrative procedures, and monitoring systems. While no online system can promise absolute security, we continually work to protect customer data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

10. Retention of Information

We retain order and customer information only for as long as reasonably necessary for deliveries, support, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and internal recordkeeping. When data is no longer required, we aim to securely delete or anonymize it where practical.

11. Your Choices

You may contact us to review certain information associated with your orders, request corrections, or ask to stop promotional communications. We may need to verify identity before processing sensitive requests in order to protect customer privacy.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites or services. Once you leave our platform, those third parties operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage reviewing their policies before providing personal information.

13. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal requirements, business improvements, or operational changes. Revised versions become effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
